The point of this site
The CASP Directory is an editorial, public-source reference for the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA) and the firms that work around it. It's intended as a research aid for founders, GCs, compliance teams, and the lawyers and brokers who serve them.
What this site is not
- Not legal advice. Article summaries, FAQs, and checklists describe how the regulation reads. They don't replace counsel.
- Not regulatory advice. We don't represent ESMA, the EBA, or any national competent authority.
- Not insurance brokering, mediation, or distribution. The insurance content describes the framework. CASP Insurance (operated by the editors) is an aggregator that connects you with authorised brokers; the policies are placed by those brokers, not by this site.
- Not an endorsement of any listed firm. Listings are editorial selections from public sources. Inclusion is not a guarantee of quality, accuracy, or fit.
Use of the site
Read it. Share links. Quote short passages with attribution. If you want to syndicate or republish more than a short quote, email us first. We're generally happy, but we like to know.
External links
We link to public regulator pages, firm websites, and articles. We don't control those pages, we don't endorse their content, and we may not have re-read them recently. Treat external links as starting points for your own verification, not as our recommendation.
Errors and corrections
We try to be accurate. Regulators issue guidance, NCAs publish opinions, and articles get re-read. If you spot an error, email sree@mintaralabs.xyz and we'll fix it. We don't promise the site is current as of any particular moment, only that we keep working on it.
Liability
We're not liable for losses arising from reliance on this site. Verify regulatory positions with counsel and with the relevant regulator before acting on anything you read here. Use the directory as a research starting point, not as a vendor short-list.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If we ever launch features that need a different jurisdiction (e.g. a paid product with EU consumer-protection implications), we'll add a separate section then.
Changes
Material changes get a new "Last updated" date. If the change affects how you can use existing content, we'll be loud about it on the homepage for at least a few days.
